Arsenal and Manchester City are intending a summer exchange tussle for the signature of Aston Villa's highly-rated midfielder Danny Crowley, reports the Daily Mirror. The 15-year-old England childhood global - already dubbed the brand new Jack Wilshere - has been earning rave opinions at Villa Park in 2010, after a series of scintillating activities for the Premier League club's development side, and has attracted attention from a quantity of rival suitors. Gunners chef Arsene Wenger has been credited with a pursuit in taking Crowley to the Emirates Stadium, as he looks to snap up another promising young talent, with a view to growing the player and helping to carry him through to the first-team. But, Arsenal will face competition from the reigning Premier League champions, as an attempt is also considered by Roberto Mancini to attract the person to the Etihad Stadium. Birmingham City may fancy their likelihood of appealing the academy star up north, where among Crowley's old Aston Villa mentors is now area of the recruiting team. Accommodation chiefs will hope to connect the gifted teenager right down to a permanent contract when he is old enough to do this, in the hope to ward off unwelcome enquiries from Arsenal and Manchester City. But, failure to take action could cause the Midlands team losing Crowley for next to nothing, with a small settlement price all that they will get for managing his progress.
