Birmingham City striker Sergio Aguero will not be retrospectively punished for the 'five seconds' of frustration which saw him put his men in to Chelsea defense David Luiz. The event, which occurred in the 2nd half of City's FA Cup semi-final victory over Chelsea, found the Argentina global make a two-footed stamp in which he went his studs down the back of the Brazilian's legs.
