The Partenopei currently occupy the second automatic Champions League spot, four points in advance of their hosts, but the in-form Rossoneri will be looking to close that gap with victory.
Unfortunately for the home side, they'll be without the suspended Mario Balotelli, but there remains plenty of firepower on show at either end, most notably in the shape of Stephan El Shaarawy and the leader in the race for the Capocannoniere, Edinson Cavani.
