It was the be-all and end-all match for Bolton Wanderers and the occasion couldn't have started worse for the men in white. Bolton Wanderers needed either a win or a draw combined with another draw in the Nottingham Forest - Leicester City match in order to make the play-offs. Dougie Freedman chosen to change things up within an attempt to pay for Craig Dawson's absence by starting Craig Davies alone up top and getting five men in the midfield. Bernard Ream placed in to that central defensive slot while Rob Hall was given his debut on the side. His familiar spot was taken up by chung-yong Lee on the side and Robert Hall was his counterpart on the other flank with Chris Eagles slotting in directly behind Craig Davies. Blackpool began the much lighter side with Matty Phillips their main force going forward. It took only two minutes for Phillips to exhibit what he was exactly about as he cut inside and struck an effort directly into Bogdan's part netting. It took 20 minutes for the Tangerines to put the injured on Bolton and make the development, through Matt Phillips, of course. The winger beat Zat Knight and a little bit of one-two play saw Phillips get the ball back on the side of the place before he slammed it home to the top spot. The Seasiders could double their advantage a quarter of an hour later, now through Ludovic Sylvestre. The French midfielder found himself in place and Neal Eardley, the fullback breaking forward with the ball, discovered that. Eardley's mix found Sylvestre's foot on the half-volley and the side-footed effort made its way into the back of the web. Dougie Freedman would excel to acknowledge his two minutes and mistake after the second Blackpool goal, the director would make a change. The generally ineffective (save for one free end) Robert Hall made way for Marvin Sordell and that change made all the big difference. The next official held the table up for 3 minutes of added time and that has been all Bolton Wanderers would need to return in to the match. Chris Eagles might report the first purpose, receiving the ball from it is cut by Marcos Alonso who back on the edge of the area. The winger wisely let the ball stumble upon his human body before sweeping it in to the back of the web. Bolton weren't done though and it was Craig Davies that would score again for Bolton in additional time. The major striker's energy took an ever larger deflection and settled in the rear of the web past a wrong-footed Matt Gilks. The groups could get into the half all level at two apiece. The nervy 2nd half might have Bolton Wanderers fans keep a really close eye on the Nottingham Forest - Leicester City match. Yet another four purpose event because clash could notice it level at 2-2 after 50 minutes. It was tense and it was nervy since the foxes visited three at the trunk and everything was thrown absolutely by both teams at each other. Bolton Wanderers might have their possibilities to simply take the lead, largely through Chung-Yong Lee. Early in the half, the Korean winger's work was somehow cleared off the point with Marvin Sordell also trying his far better can get on the end of it but the ball wouldn't budge. Then, with significantly less than five minutes to go, Chris Eagles broke through the Blackpool midfield and discovered Chung-Yong Lee breaking along with him. Eagles got the ball to Chungy nevertheless the winger's energy, which perhaps needs to have made it 3-2, hit the medial side netting. In the minute, Leicester City would report against Nottingham Forest to move before Bolton Wanderers on goal big difference. A goal would be needed by the men in white to help make the play-offs. The fit would end 2-2 and the play-offs would be missed by Bolton Wanderers. No-one offered the Trotters an opportunity three months before and what an incredible comeback it absolutely was in the last three months of the season.
