Kaka played terrific in the match against Deportivo

"From the very first second of the next half we found an alteration of attitude. We didn't win because of the alternatives, which were made in the second of the second half, but because of the change we made. It was the attitude of all the players that sparked the comeback.

"It is true that seriously he [Kaka] is playing well. His state of mind helps him and this is essential for the group, that he's playing well and that he is another alternative. That's usually positive. 

Kaka's performance also received the praise of assistant coach Aitor Karanka, who was pleased with the result of the team after going behind to a Riki hit on 35 minutes. 
"We knew that Deportivo weren't playing well and saw us as an chance to change their fortunes. However in the next half we improved our play, we scored two goals and we could get the three things home with us."
